CONTACT

Start in writing.

Tell us who you are and what you need to determine. Aperture Research Works will route the enquiry to the most relevant product, Custom Investigation, specialist route, monitoring path or partner relationship.

Documentation-led: Live discussions are introductory. Material scope, pricing, findings, acceptance, commitments and reliance are handled or confirmed in writing. A call is not required to obtain material answers.

WRITTEN-FIRST CONTACT

Start with the question. Use a meeting only if it adds real value.

You do not need to diagnose the correct product or schedule a call. Aperture Research Works reviews the written matter first and determines the most useful next step.

1 · Submit a Matter / Research Question

Best when you have a decision, claim, company, person, document, transaction, market or evidence problem to examine.

2 · Continue in Writing

Email and WhatsApp can be used for appropriate written contact, logistics and clarification. Material business returns to the approved written process.

3 · Request a Brief Introductory Meeting if Needed

A meeting is optional. Written information is reviewed first, and a meeting is confirmed only where live clarification would materially help.

RELATIONSHIP INTAKE

What happens after you identify yourself

Website intake is designed to create a structured relationship record. Aperture Research Works may then use lawfully available professional and business information to understand role, organisation, decision context and potential fit. This does not authorise indiscriminate collection of private or sensitive personal information.

Operational contact and marketing are separate. An enquiry lets us respond to that enquiry. Ongoing marketing eligibility is controlled separately, including opt-out and suppression.

HOW WE HANDLE COMMUNICATION

Available to people. Governed by a written record.

Aperture Research Works is documentation-led. Email, the approved website intake and other authorised written channels are the normal routes for material business because instructions, scope, evidence questions and commitments remain reviewable and traceable.

Start in writing

You can explain the question or decision without arranging a call. Written intake is normally enough for Aperture to assess fit and determine the next step.

Live meetings are limited

If a live discussion would materially help, it is normally introductory or clarifying. Paul Hattingh does not ordinarily conduct routine prospect calls. Xandro Hattingh may handle limited introductory communication where appropriate.

The written follow-up governs

A live conversation does not by itself establish final scope, price, finding, acceptance, delivery date or material commitment. Those points are reviewed and confirmed through the approved written Aperture process.

Recording and transcription. Where lawful and appropriately disclosed or consented to as required, a live meeting may be recorded and transcribed for accuracy, documentation and follow-up. A recording or transcript is a source record of the discussion; it is not by itself the final Aperture agreement or position.

ACCEPTANCE

Contact does not automatically create a client relationship.

Acceptance may depend on jurisdiction, conflicts, licensing, sanctions, privacy, professional scope, evidence availability and feasibility.
